Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Darts mobile application (the "App"), published by Yves Léon EI, trading as Onde Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Full publisher identification is available in our Legal Notice.

1. Use of the App

The App is a darts scoring and tracking tool for personal use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Premium features may be available via subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which act as the seller of record.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

3. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). However, for digital content and services supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate access upon purchase and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been fully delivered (Article L.221-28, 13°). For purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests are governed by their respective store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (code, design, graphics, text) are owned by Yves Léon EI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. User Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Pseudonymous analytics tools are disabled by default. You may opt in voluntarily via Settings > Privacy, and you may disable analytics again at any time from the same screen.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@ondeinteractive.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This does not affect the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects that apply under French law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yves Léon EI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, you may contact us first to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
