Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 9, 2026

Yves Léon EI, trading as Onde Interactive ("we", "us", "our"), operates the Darts mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is:

Yves Léon EI (trading as Onde Interactive) — individual entrepreneur

173 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France

SIRET: 10318989000017

  • Usage analytics — We collect pseudonymous usage data through a randomly generated device identifier. This identifier cannot directly identify you, but may be used to fulfill data access or deletion requests upon your initiative. This data is processed through Amplitude Analytics and includes app interactions and session information. We do not collect information that directly identifies you through Amplitude.
  • Crash and performance data — We use Kotzilla to collect crash reports and technical diagnostic data (device model, OS version, available memory, stack traces, and Koin dependency-injection / runtime metrics) to fix bugs and improve stability. Kotzilla collects only technical data, not personal or user-specific data.
  • Purchase data — If you make in-app purchases, RevenueCat processes the transaction. We receive subscription status but not payment details (handled by Apple/Google).
  • We do not collect location data for analytics or tracking purposes.
  • We do not collect contacts, photos, or camera data.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

Providing this data is not a legal or contractual obligation. The App functions without analytics, and no decision producing legal effects is taken about you on a solely automated basis.

  • To provide and maintain the App
  • To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
  • To understand how users interact with the App and improve the user experience; pseudonymous Amplitude Analytics data is used solely for this purpose
  • To diagnose crashes and fix bugs

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing purchase and subscription data to deliver premium features you buy.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — collecting crash and diagnostic data to keep the App stable and secure.
  • Explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — usage analytics. Analytics consent is disabled by default. You can enable it voluntarily in the App under Settings > Privacy, and you can withdraw consent there at any time, with no effect on the lawfulness of prior processing.

We use the following third-party services that may receive data:

  • Amplitude Analytics (Amplitude Inc., USA; analytics processor) — pseudonymous usage data is processed and stored on Amplitude's EU servers, located within the European Economic Area. Amplitude processes data under GDPR safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Privacy Policy
  • Kotzilla (crash & performance monitoring) — Privacy Policy
  • RevenueCat (subscription management) — Privacy Policy
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store (app distribution, payments)

Amplitude usage data is processed and stored on Amplitude's EU servers, located within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Some other service providers (Kotzilla, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) may process data in the United States. Kotzilla is a French company, but on our current plan it stores crash and performance data in the United States. Where a transfer outside the EEA happens, it is governed by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — namely the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)) and/or the provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

Pseudonymous Amplitude usage data and crash data are retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All network communications use HTTPS encryption.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Restriction / Objection — Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent — Analytics is disabled by default; if you enable it, you can disable it again at any time
  • Complaint — Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) at cnil.fr

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@ondeinteractive.com with your device ID, available in the App under Settings > Privacy. We respond within 30 days.

Our App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" above.
